DLF have conducted fodder beet trials since 2012. Trials to compare all the cultivars available have been conducted within farmer's crops in many regions. Data from these trials includes yield, DM% of bulb, and proportion of bulb to leaf. Other research has also been conducted into management issues, including row spacing, utilisation, sowing dates, and growth rates. For copies of results click on this email link.
